This opportunity funds research, development, demonstration, and infusion of transformational space technologies that address critical stakeholder needs. It supports projects at NASA centers, universities, national labs, and small businesses to advance U.S. space technology innovation, economic growth in the space sector, and development of the aerospace technology community. Proposals are solicited through annual Appendices under the SpaceTech-REDDI-2026 Umbrella Solicitation.
Participation is open to a broad range of U.S. and non-U.S. organizations including educational institutions, industry, nonprofits, FFRDCs, UARCs, NASA Centers, JPL, and other government agencies. NASA Centers and civil servants cannot receive grants directly.
