This grant supports the planning, development, and implementation of new Community Behavioral Health Clinics to fill gaps in behavioral health services. It aims to improve the wellbeing of individuals with mental health and substance use disorders by funding community-based non-profits, local government behavioral health authorities, and tribal health organizations to establish these clinics.
Eligible applicants include community-based behavioral health non-profit organizations, local government behavioral health authorities, Indian Health Service entities, Indian tribes or tribal organizations, and Urban Indian Organizations under Title V of the Indian Health Care Improvement Act.
