This grant supports existing Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinics (CCBHCs) to sustain and improve their services. Funded activities include providing coordinated, evidence-based outpatient and crisis services to individuals across the lifespan with or at risk for mental health and substance use disorders. The program emphasizes enhancing access and coordinating care to address gaps in behavioral health services within community-based clinics.
Eligible applicants are community-based behavioral health non-profit organizations, local government behavioral health authorities, Indian Health Service entities, Indian tribes or tribal organizations, and Urban Indian Organizations under Title V of the Indian Health Care Improvement Act.
