Emphasis is placed on surveillance, laboratory readiness, information flow, burden sharing, accountability, and supporting long-term self-reliance in recipient nations.
Eligible applicants include Native American tribal governments, city or township governments, for-profit organizations (excluding small businesses), public and private institutions of higher education, independent school districts, public housing authorities, nonprofits with or without 501(c)(3) sta
