This funding opportunity invites U.S. accredited institutions designated as National Centers of Academic Excellence in Cybersecurity to submit proposals for managing full-time, grant-funded scholarship programs in cyber-related fields for the 2024-2025 academic year. Proposals may include collaboration with other institutions, especially minority-serving ones, and may request additional support for faculty development, laboratory upgrades, and curriculum enhancements to strengthen cyber education aligned with DoD needs.
Eligible applicants are U.S. regionally and nationally accredited institutions designated as National Centers of Academic Excellence in Cybersecurity in good standing with the NCAE-C Program Office. Collaboration with minority-serving institutions is encouraged.
