This program funds applications to submit pediatric cancer and congenital anomaly cohort samples for whole genome and related sequencing assays. It supports studies on genetic contributions to childhood cancers, congenital anomalies, and their associations. Data generated will be integrated into the Kids First Data Resource for broad research access, encouraging increased representation of pediatric disorders.
Eligible applicants include state and local governments, educational institutions, nonprofits, tribal governments and organizations, small businesses, and for-profit organizations. Foreign organizations and foreign components of U.S. organizations are not eligible.
