The ROSS Rapid Response Program offers one-time cost-reimbursable grants to support service coordination and limited direct services for residents of HUD-assisted housing. The program promotes local leadership through a simplified application process and supports a range of eligible applicants including tribal governments, housing authorities, nonprofits, resident associations, multifamily owners, and faith-based organizations.
Eligible applicants include Native American tribal governments, public housing authorities, Indian housing authorities, nonprofits (with or without 501(c)(3) status), resident associations, multifamily owners, tribally designated housing entities, and faith-based organizations.
