This program funds short-term projects that strengthen organizational capacity to develop, enhance, or expand access to high-quality HIV primary health care services for low-income people with HIV. Funded activities focus on HIV Care Innovation and Infrastructure Development and must be completed within one year of the award.
Eligible applicants include various government entities, Native American tribal organizations, public and private institutions of higher education, and nonprofits both with and without 501(c)(3) status. The opportunity is open to U.S.-based organizations.
