This cooperative agreement funds one Evaluation Provider to lead a multi-site evaluation of interventions aimed at engaging men with HIV who face barriers to consistent care. The provider will use implementation science frameworks to conduct evaluations and provide technical assistance to implementation sites. The initiative supports rapid adaptation, broad-scale implementation, and dissemination of findings to improve HIV care engagement, aligning with national HIV care goals.
Eligible applicants include city, county, state, and special district governments; public and private institutions of higher education; Native American tribal governments and organizations; nonprofits with or without 501(c)(3) status; and independent school districts within the United States.
