The Medical Student Education Program supports accredited public osteopathic and allopathic medical schools in 12 states with projected primary care physician shortages. It funds efforts to expand or support education for medical students preparing to become physicians, aiming to address workforce gaps in primary care. Current MSE grantees are ineligible.
Eligible applicants are accredited public osteopathic and allopathic medical schools in the top quartile of states with projected primary care physician shortages. Current MSE grantees are not eligible to apply.
