This funding supports three components addressing Alzheimer's disease and related dementias: the National Healthy Brain Initiative for training and surveillance expansion; BOLD Public Health Centers of Excellence focusing on dementia risk reduction, early detection, or caregiving; and the ADRD Public Health Adoption Accelerator to disseminate and implement effective public health strategies. Applicants may apply to multiple components with separate applications.
