This grant funds the establishment and implementation of comprehensive treatment and recovery centers that provide a full continuum of evidence-based prevention, treatment, and recovery support services for opioid use disorder and other substance use disorders. It ensures access to medications for treatment and aims to address the opioid epidemic and substance misuse through integrated service delivery.
Eligible applicants include domestic public and private nonprofit entities, including faith-based organizations, and others as specified in additional eligibility information.
