This program funds initiatives that promote U.S. leadership in artificial intelligence and emerging technologies, showcase American excellence in sports and education, engage alumni networks to amplify U.S. influence, and promote American English education and pathways to U.S. higher education. Projects must align with U.S. national interests, demonstrate measurable outcomes, and ensure sustainable impact beyond the grant period while engaging key Malaysian stakeholders.
Eligible applicants include public and private institutions of higher education, nonprofits with or without 501(c)(3) status, individuals, and others as specified. Applicants should review additional eligibility information for clarification.
