This grant funds voluntary family planning projects offering a broad range of services including pregnancy testing, STI prevention, infertility services, and reproductive health counseling. Projects should promote health literacy, address chronic diseases affecting fertility, and support informed reproductive decisions. Funding supports innovative strategies to improve reproductive health outcomes across all U.S. states and territories over a period of up to five years.
