This program funds efforts to counter unmanned aircraft system threats and enhance surveillance capabilities in Iraq to protect critical energy infrastructure and U.S. economic interests. It focuses on reducing risks from Iran and Iran-Aligned Militia Groups by building sustainable Iraqi civilian law enforcement capabilities for independent protection and response.
