Projects should engage Bulgarian audiences through educational, cultural, and professional outreach highlighting American excellence and fostering bilateral cooperation. Priority areas include Freedom250 celebrations, strategic sector innovation, education and exchanges, alliance strengthening, and transparent economic growth. Proposals must demonstrate measurable impact and long-term sustainability.
Eligible applicants include Bulgarian, European, or U.S.-based nonprofit organizations, educational institutions, foreign public entities, governmental institutions, and individuals with program experience. For-profit entities are not eligible to apply as prime recipients.
