The Wilson Fish Bridge to Employment Program provides funding for employment training, placement services, and English language training to Refugee Cash Assistance recipients in states where Refugee Support Services will no longer operate. Services must be delivered within 36 months of arrival or ORR-eligible status. Projects may provide services directly or through subawards, targeting refugee integration and employment outcomes.
Eligible applicants include Native American tribal organizations, public housing authorities, county and state governments, independent school districts, higher education institutions, nonprofits, and private institutions of higher education.
