This grant funds regional partnerships between child welfare, substance abuse treatment, and juvenile or state courts to provide family-centered, evidence-based substance use disorder treatment and prevention services. Projects include planning and implementation phases over 60 months, supporting comprehensive long-term treatment, counseling, mental health services, parenting skills training, and replication of successful models. Partnerships must include mandatory state agencies and may include tribal and community organizations.
