This funding opportunity supports states and tribal communities in implementing and rigorously evaluating Kinship Navigator Programs. The goal is to build evidence of improved outcomes for kinship caregivers and children, enabling more programs to qualify for federal Title IV-E funding. Funded activities include administering services, collaborative planning, program evaluation, and producing a final report demonstrating positive impacts.
Eligible applicants include small businesses, nonprofits, various government entities, tribal organizations, and educational institutions. Individuals and foreign entities are not eligible. Applicants not the title IV-E agency must provide a commitment letter from the title IV-E child welfare agency
