The FAST Partnership Program provides one-year funding to organizations that run state and regional initiatives aimed at increasing SBIR/STTR proposal submissions and awards by small technology firms. Funded activities include outreach, mentoring, technical assistance, and proposal development support to help small businesses succeed in SBIR/STTR competitions.
Eligible applicants include state, local, and tribal governments, nonprofit organizations, universities, educational institutions, and other entities focused on increasing SBIR/STTR participation regionally.
