This funding supports communities through two programs: Youth Homelessness System Improvement grants to establish or enhance response systems, and Youth Homelessness Demonstration Program grants to implement housing and supportive services projects. Approximately 49 communities will be selected for system improvement grants and 26 to 50 for demonstration projects, prioritizing rural areas. Technical assistance and evaluation participation are required.
