Supports 36-month development projects that use research knowledge to create models, methods, tools, applications, and devices benefiting individuals with disabilities. Projects focus on improving community living and participation outcomes and include prototype design and development. Eligible applicants include a wide range of government, nonprofit, tribal, educational, and for-profit organizations.
