This cooperative agreement funds a center to strengthen the capacity of organizations serving runaway and homeless youth. Activities include developing interactive training products for in-person and virtual use, disseminating evidence-based practices, providing targeted technical assistance, and coordinating efforts among youth-serving organizations across the nation.
Eligible applicants include public and private institutions of higher education, nonprofit organizations (both 501(c)(3) and non-501(c)(3)), Native American tribal organizations, and statewide or regional nonprofits. For-profit organizations, individuals, and foreign entities are not eligible.
