The ARS Speaker Program invites U.S. citizen speakers, artists, and athletes/coaches to join a roster for potential grants to conduct in-person and virtual outreach across sub-Saharan Africa. Funded activities focus on U.S. foreign policy goals including security, economic prosperity, innovation, technology, entrepreneurship, energy security, critical minerals, and American arts and sports. Applicants must demonstrate expertise and language skills in English and French or Portuguese.
Open to U.S. citizen individuals with demonstrated expertise who can deliver programs in English and either French or Portuguese. Applicants must submit a Statement of Interest with supporting documents including credentials, U.S. passport, and CV or résumé.
