This funding opportunity supports the FY 2026 FLEX Global program, facilitating academic year exchanges for up to 1,200 foreign high school students in the U.S. and 150 American students abroad. Funded activities include participant recruitment, host family and school placements, travel coordination, alumni engagement, and leadership development focused on entrepreneurship, innovation, and civic engagement. Applicants may apply for Administrative or Placement components with distinct responsibilities.
Eligible applicants include public and private institutions of higher education, nonprofits with 501(c)(3) status, and other organizations as specified. Separate proposals are required for Administrative and Placement components.
