This grant supports a variety of flood mitigation activities designed to reduce flood risk and repetitive damage to buildings insured under the National Flood Insurance Program. Eligible applicants include states, U.S. territories, federally recognized tribal governments, and local governments applying through their state or territory. Applications are submitted via FEMA Grants Outcomes system.
Eligible applicants include city or township governments, county governments, state governments, U.S. territories, the District of Columbia, federally recognized tribal governments, and other Native American tribal organizations. Local governments must apply through their state or territory.
