The FY26 Arthritis Translational Research Award supports hypothesis-driven, high-impact translational research on all types of arthritis. It funds preclinical or animal research that accelerates critical findings into clinically relevant solutions, benefiting Service Members, Veterans, their Families, and the American public. Clinical research and basic research are excluded. Preliminary or published data is required to demonstrate feasibility and impact.
Open to any type of entity without restrictions. Applicants must provide preliminary or published data from their own or others' research. Clinical research and basic research are not eligible.
