This opportunity funds six three-year cooperative agreements to establish Communities of Practice that deliver specialized training and technical assistance to CSBG-funded states, territories, tribes, and associations. The focus is on scalable, evidence-informed interventions that enhance earned income, employment stability, and asset development for low-income families. The CoPs will also promote community strategies to reduce barriers to economic mobility, education, workforce development, transportation, and housing access, while strengthening data-driven service delivery and compliance.
Eligible applicants include state, county, city, and tribal governments; public institutions; nonprofits; for-profit organizations; small businesses; and CSBG-eligible entities with expertise in training on low-income family needs. Individuals and foreign entities are not eligible.
