This award supports investigator-initiated research projects that address critical needs in ovarian cancer or patient care. Funded research spans from basic laboratory studies to translational research but excludes clinical trials. Applications must present a strong research plan with sound scientific rationale and preliminary data. A partnering PI option enables two investigators to collaborate synergistically on a single project to advance research beyond individual efforts.
