This opportunity funds research and evaluation projects addressing human trafficking, emphasizing justice system responses and technology's role. Projects should improve trafficking investigations, prosecutions, and victim services, especially at the Southern Border, and influence U.S. criminal justice policy and practice.
Eligible applicants include state and local governments, small businesses, nonprofits, institutions of higher education, tribal governments and organizations, and for-profit organizations other than small businesses.
