This grant funds established organizations to provide innovative, hands-on, in-person manufacturing training and technical assistance to eligible small manufacturing businesses. It supports activities under the Empower to Grow Program to enhance manufacturing capabilities and competitiveness.
Eligible applicants include for-profit organizations other than small businesses, private and public institutions of higher education, 501(c)(3) nonprofits excluding higher education institutions, small businesses, and others as specified.
