Supports the FY 2026 Tech Youth program, a three-week U.S.-based youth exchange for approximately 96 high school students from the U.S. and select countries. The program includes pre-exchange preparation, intensive coursework, hands-on training, job shadowing, site visits, meetings with industry leaders, post-exchange alumni engagement, and capstone projects addressing economic and business challenges. It aims to equip young innovators with skills to succeed in emerging industries and advance U.S. technological leadership.
Eligible applicants include private and public institutions of higher education, nonprofits with 501(c)(3) status (excluding institutions of higher education), and others as specified in additional eligibility information.
