The FY 2026 TechLeaders program funds a five-week intensive U.S. placement for about 60 foreign participants aged 25-40 to collaborate with U.S. mentors and companies in critical emerging technologies including AI, Space Technology, Biotechnology/Health Technology, Supply Chain/Cold Chain Technology, and Agricultural Technology. The program includes overseas reciprocal exchanges and an accelerator to expand U.S. influence, promote STEM careers, and foster collaboration with American businesses, supporting U.S. national security and economic interests.
Eligible applicants include public and private institutions of higher education, nonprofits with 501(c)(3) status (excluding higher education institutions), and others as specified.
