It supports activities including planning, training, and exercises that culminate in updated emergency repatriation plans to assist U.S. citizens returned from foreign crises due to destitution, illness, war, or mental illness.
Eligible applicants include state, county, city, and special district governments; tribal governments and organizations; public housing authorities; nonprofits; and educational institutions. Individuals, federal entities, and foreign entities are not eligible.
