This grant funds projects that promote and accelerate the deployment of Advanced Digital Construction Management Systems (ADCMS) across state transportation agencies. Activities include implementation, demonstration, peer exchanges, best practices development, and training. Up to $17 million is available annually from FY 2022 to 2026, with the first round combining FY 2022 and FY 2023 funds totaling $34 million. The program supports improved construction management through innovative digital technologies.
