Supports projects that prepare and increase qualified personnel in special education, early intervention, and related services for children with disabilities. Funding covers evidence-based training at bachelor’s through clinical doctoral levels to serve in homes, communities, early learning programs, child care, classrooms, and schools. Applicants must address state-identified personnel shortages and follow Department of Education grant instructions.
