This funding supports high-impact initiatives in the Republic of Korea that advance shared U.S.-ROK strategic priorities. Funded activities include workshops, expert dialogues, youth and emerging leader programs, countering anti-American propaganda, promoting innovation and workforce development, and exchanges addressing transnational criminal issues. Projects related to the 250th anniversary of U.S. independence are eligible for 2026 only. Applicants must include monitoring and evaluation plans and demonstrate local implementation capacity.
Eligible applicants include nonprofit organizations, think tanks, civil society groups, educational institutions, public international organizations, and governmental institutions. Priority is given to organizations based in the Republic of Korea or those with significant local implementation capaci
