This grant funds projects that engage Dominican and U.S. university students, faculty, and exchange alumni to promote U.S. higher education models, foster institutional partnerships, and support alumni-led innovation. Activities include training, mentorship, joint research, and awareness programs to strengthen bilateral academic collaboration and people-to-people ties.
Eligible applicants include Dominican nonprofit organizations and public or private educational institutions. Applicants must have a Unique Entity Identifier and SAM.gov registration. Individuals are not eligible to apply.
