This opportunity funds a National Fund Manager to design and manage a $10 million national financing demonstration aimed at reducing residential lead exposure and improving housing health in low-income communities. The Fund will pool public and private capital to expand access to financing for lead-safe and healthy homes activities. The manager will leverage funds, structure financing mechanisms, provide technical assistance, and oversee compliance and quality assurance across local programs nationwide.
Eligible applicants are nonprofits with or without 501(c)(3) status, excluding institutions of higher education. The focus is on organizations capable of managing financing programs for lead-safe and healthy homes.
