Eligible applicants are federally recognized tribes and authorized tribal organizations complying with federal regulations.
Eligible applicants include federally recognized Native American tribal governments, tribal organizations authorized by tribes, and eligible Indian tribes as defined by federal regulations. Individuals and foreign entities are not eligible.
