This funding opportunity supports programs that enhance cultural, economic, security, educational, professional, and exchange ties between the U.S. and Mexico. Programs must include a U.S. cultural element or connection to U.S. experts or institutions to promote understanding of U.S. policies and perspectives. Collaborative and multi-state programs that foster networking among U.S. government program alumni are encouraged.
Eligible applicants include not-for-profit organizations, think tanks, civil society/non-governmental organizations, public and private educational institutions, individuals, public international organizations, and governmental institutions.
