This grant supports public health programs that empower recipients to address their unique local health challenges through evidence-based, innovative, and community-driven approaches. Recipients have the flexibility to set their own goals and program objectives to meet local priorities effectively.
Eligible applicants are federally recognized Native American tribal governments and state governments. Applicants must be governmental entities within the United States.
