This non-competitive formula grant provides funding to federally recognized Indian Tribes and Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act Regional Corporations to support victim services in their communities. Funds may be used for a range of victim services expenses, including construction or renovation of facilities such as victim services offices and shelters.
Eligible applicants are federally recognized Indian Tribes, Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act Regional Corporations, and their authorized designees who submitted a Population Certification and received an invitation to apply for FY2026 TVSSA funding.
