This grant supports projects that increase access to comprehensive legal assistance for victims of domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault, and stalking. Funded projects must be led by organizations with a mission and history of providing direct services to these victims, including private nonprofits, tribal governments, and publicly funded organizations such as law schools.
Eligible applicants include private nonprofit entities, Indian Tribal governments and organizations, territorial organizations, and publicly funded organizations not acting in a governmental capacity such as law schools.
