This program provides funding to federally recognized Indian Tribal governments and their authorized designees to enhance criminal justice responses to domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault, sex trafficking, and stalking within Tribal communities. Activities supported include strengthening legal and enforcement frameworks to improve safety and justice outcomes.
Eligible applicants include federally recognized Native American tribal governments, their authorized designees, and Tribal consortia. Applicants must be Indian Tribal governments or their authorized representatives.
