The 2027 Sea Grant Knauss Marine Policy Fellowship supports graduate students interested in ocean, coastal, and Great Lakes resources and national policy decisions. Fellows receive $97,200 to participate in a marine policy placement coordinated through state Sea Grant programs. Applicants must be U.S. citizens or lawful permanent residents enrolled in accredited U.S. institutions between Fall 2025 and June 2026.
