This program funds scenario-based, integrated response training to prepare law enforcement officers, first responders, and mental health and social service providers for active shooter incidents and acts of terrorism. It prioritizes training for School Resource Officers and supports nationwide efforts to enhance public safety through coordinated preparedness and response.
