This funding supports programs that connect U.S. citizen experts—including subject matter experts, artists, cultural professionals, and athletes—with Canadian audiences on strategic topics such as economic security, defense, border security, freedom of speech, and artificial intelligence. Programs may be conducted in-person (2 days to 1 week) or virtually (single or series events), aiming to advance U.S. Administration and Mission to Canada strategic objectives.
Eligible applicants include private and public institutions of higher education and nonprofits with or without 501(c)(3) status, excluding institutions of higher education for the latter. Applicants must be U.S.-based.
