This grant supports Historically Black Colleges and Universities, Tribal Colleges and Universities, and Minority Serving Institutions in conducting space technology research and education projects aligned with NASA's Artemis exploration goals. It aims to strengthen minority institutions' roles in space exploration through funded research activities.
Eligible applicants are two- or four-year institutions designated as HBCUs, TCUs, or MSIs by the U.S. Department of Education at proposal submission. Institutions not meeting these criteria may partner with eligible institutions.
