This program funds virtual instructor-led training for staffing analysis in corrections agencies, providing step-by-step instruction, live coaching, and practical experience. It supports federal, state, local, and tribal agencies in completing staffing analyses of custodial line officers and supervisors, enhancing staffing methodologies through a comprehensive virtual curriculum.
Eligible applicants include nonprofit organizations, for-profit organizations (waiving profit), and institutions of higher education, including tribal entities. Foreign governments and international organizations are not eligible. Proof of 501(c)(3) status or tribal resolution is required.
